Courtney Rae Todd was born and raised in Southern Oregon. She graduated from Eagle Point High School in 2007, earned her cosmetology license in 2011, and became a Certified Lactation Consultant through Le Leche League International in 2019. She married the love of her life, Kaliko, in 2016 on the beautiful shores of Maui, Hawaii and has been raising their five children: Izzy, Aj, Pomai, Lilo and Kona ever since.
Courtney has always had a passion for baking and decided to take some classes and make a career out of it. In 2016, Bake My Day was born. Courtney is creating custom desserts, pastries, sweets and treats daily.
Recently, Courtney has also taken the title: Governess, stemming from her love of children and helping people. Sparrow Clubs has always been a very important organization to Courtney and her family. She has seen first-hand the impact of this incredible organization as her oldest daughter was a Sparrow in 2014. Courtney is always looking for new and fun ways to give back to Sparrow Clubs and the community; including baking & donating cupcakes, chocolate covered strawberries and Macarons for Rogue Snowmobilers annual pie auction benefiting Southern Oregon Candlelighters, as well as being on team Sparrow in Gamerosity's Dodgeball tournament in 2022.
Family is everything to Courtney and she has a lot of it. She spends her free time baking, hiking, dining with friends, and playing with her children.
